Shipping Policy

Processing of Orders
All order are posted within 1 - 2 business days of being received, usually the next business day.
Customers will receive a notification when their fabrics have been posted.

Shipping within Australia is based on a flat rate of $5 for first 25CM of fabric, plus 30c for each additional item.  Only postage charges $7 and over will be sent tracked. Orders with postage charges less than $7 will be sent ordinary post unless tracking is specifically requested.
Express Post is also available.

International Postage
Fabrics can be posted to New Zealand, Canada, and the UK.
If I don’t currently send to your location, I’m open to doing so if contacted, provided those locations do not include the USA. Tariffs there have made this too difficult and time consuming completing paperwork and coding, and expensive for the retailer who as well as the customer, must pay them. 

International postage quoted at checkout is approximate. I only charge the postage that I will have to pay and so I reserve the right to invoice the customer if the postage quoted falls below cost. Having said that, I will also refund overcharged postage. 

Postage Carrier
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. International orders are sent via the best price option.

Postage costs
Postage costs are based entirely on the cost of shipping and do not include any other loading.
