Returns Policy

Fabrics purchased cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind, as the fabrics sent will have already been cut specifically for that order. 

Returns will be accepted for two reasons - either because
(1) a fabric has a manufacturing fault or
(2) the incorrect fabric has been shipped. 

Fabrics being returned will need to be posted back within 5 days after delivery. 

A fabric being returned because of one of these two reasons will be at the buyers expense and after Runaway Quilts has been notified and authorised the return. 

Once the fault in the actual fabric or the fault in the order has been confirmed, a full refund of the initial order including postage, and the buyer’s return postage cost will be provided.
