Timing
All order are posted within 1 - 2 business days.
Customers will receive a notification when their fabrics have been posted.

Destination
Fabrics are only posted within Australia.

Postage Carrier
All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Untracked Post Cost
Flat rate of $5 for first 25CM of fabric, plus 30c for each additional item.
Postage costs over $9 will automatically be sent tracked regardless of the customer’s choice at checkout.

Tracked Post Cost
Flat rate of $10.70 regardless of size of order.

Note
Mail lost by Australia Post is relatively rare. In fact, in the hundreds of orders I’ve posted, none have ever gone astray. However customers who choose untracked post do so at their own risk. Whilst every care will be taken to ensure orders are securely packaged and clearly addressed, this business is not responsible for mail that has been sent untracked and become lost.

Returns
Fabrics purchased cannot be returned as the fabrics sent will have already been cut.

Fabrics on this site are designer fabrics of the highest quality and have no faults.
